You know what's not fun?
Waking up - literally - to an old mate calling you for a 10 year high school reunion. With the entire class.
My adult half is saying I should go - show them how little I care for what they think, meet back the decent bunch of them all.
My teenager half is trying to either run and hide or desperately seeking a fake boyfriend and a fake awesome job. A fake baby bump would be too much, but it's the in thing among my classmates these days.

ARGH. I AM NOT LIKE THIS. Stupid school dramas. Stupid school, still making me feel 16 when I'm 27. ARGH ARGH.

Someone, somewhere on my flist mentioned TimTams yesterday, and I couldn't stop thinking about them. And as I have a fangirl gathering coming up, I figured that was a really good excuse to go order a bunch. Simply Australian has been my go to web site for all of the wonderful things I discovered while in Sydney a few years ago, and yay! They had many varieties of TimTams on sale! I had them throw in a few Cherry Ripes while I was there, too. Yummmm. I highly recommend the folks at SimplyOz, BTW. I ordered yesterday afternoon, received an immediate email thanking me for my order, and another later last night saying it had already shipped. \o/

And in other shopping news, I swung by my local Best Buy on the way home, and picked up season 4 of SGA, yay! I haven't looked at anything yet, but ooooh....deleted scenes! \o/

I've downloaded and watched episodes 6 and 7 of "How do you Solve a Problem Like Maria?", so I'll be uploading those to megaupload tonight, and posting them ASAP. I loved 'musical theater' week! There were some rockin performances!

Oh hey look, someone submitted BSG: Kara/Tigh prompts! Wow, what an intriguing idea! You should totally write it.

I'm going to have to pull the old "print 'em out and write while traveling" trick. I hadn't planned to bring my laptop this weekend, but my longhand writing has gotten too slow to keep up with my brain. Dilemmas.

III. Note to self: total fail at a) doing a diet and b) keeping away from watching the whole Luke/Noah story in the ATWT soap opera at youtube (on part 115 and still watching). IDK, I feel buffled.
